Private: beautiful garden to relax. Patio (20 m2), pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Grocery, supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 500 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "walking distance" 10 m. Golf course (18 hole) 800 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
"Riomar Beach House", 4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Simple and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV and air conditioning. Exit to the patio. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 135 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with air conditioning. Bath/shower.
