Apartment with private garage very well located 50 meters from the beach in the quietest area of La Cala del Moral. With quick access to the Mediterranean highway. Very close to the bus line to Malaga and towns of the east coast.
It has all the services of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, cinemas, etc. The center of Malaga is 20 minutes away by car.
The apartment has been completely renovated in March 2018. It has a nice sunny terrace on the second floor without elevator. The private parking in the same building is for a small car, in the area there are free parking areas if the car they bring is familiar or taller than 1.80m.
