It's at very convenient location right in front of River Lawrence & across the road there are benches & view points to sit & enjoy River Lawrence & its sunsets .Room was very clean & comfort bedding & good furniture.

Beautiful views and the kids loved the water slide. The room was well appointed, clean and spacious. The hotel is showing its age, but is clean with thoughtful details and they are in the process of a major renovation to expand and update.

We were place in the new section, which is very nice. Clean, spacious room. However, the property is under construction....which began with a drill I. The room next to ours at 7 am and externally with the sound of a building being constructed next door. I do think Expedia and/or the hotel should warn visitors in advance so that they can make an informed decision, particularly given the price charged.

Pros: -laundry facilities to wash clothes were a bonus for us -our child loved the waterside, hot tub and sauna including the comfy chairs for parents to observe -beautiful promenade across busy street to see sunsets -staff very friendly and helpful Cons: -rooms are outdated and show lots of wear -bathroom needs updates

We had no issues with this hotel. The room was nice. The amenities were convenient. They even had a lifeguard at the pool. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service were both very good.
