Food lovers will especially appreciate being so close to El Tubo for tapas and pintxos, though keep in mind the Aljafería Palace is a bit further away. While the hotel is very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, the interior feels a little outdated and could benefit from a refresh. We also learned that their non-refundable policies are strictly enforced; despite being stuck in Basque Country and missing our first night, we were still charged for the full stay, though the staff was helpful in ensuring our remaining reservation stayed secure.
