They said at the reception that there were no other rooms available anymore what so ever, which was weird because I was able to book a new room for the same dates. Which I did not do, because I already paid 75€ for an extra bed. I did not like the room at all, nor the service. I feel like we got cheated. Breakfast was great. Whilst our room was nice and spacious, the cleanliness and beds were a complete let down. The mattresses desperately needed replacing as they were well-used and “sunken”. Our bathroom floor was never cleaned nor was the toilet. Disappointed. The breakfast was ok, nothing to rave about.
