Two adults and a 10 year old child. We were given a small 12m2 Room, with no space for an extra bed. We had to buy an extra bed anyway to be able to sleep there. We had to move the furnitures and make up the bed by ourselves. They said at the reception that there were no other rooms available anymore what so ever, which was weird because I was able to book a new room for the same dates. Which I did not do, because I already paid 75€ for an extra bed. I did not like the room at all, nor the service. I feel like we got cheated. Breakfast was great. Whilst our room was nice and spacious, the cleanliness and beds were a complete let down. The mattresses desperately needed replacing as they were well-used and “sunken”. Our bathroom floor was never cleaned nor was the toilet. Disappointed. The breakfast was ok, nothing to rave about. Personalet var venlige og værelset var helt fint. Morgenmadsbuffeten var ikke så prangende men ellers er der intet at sætte en finger på.
