Temperature were less than 5 degree but the heater in the room wasn't opened (but when we asked at the reception, the one at the reception was working so it's not about central heating issue). To make matter worse, the room window didn't properly sealed so chilled air leaked in and make the bottom bed uninhabitable. El Liberty está en el centro historico de Riga, a pocos minutos de todo. Limpio y funcional, zonas comunes muy bien equipadas. Como inconvenientes, tuvimos que esperar para las duchas ya que solo funcionaba una de las 4 existentes.
