The Reception staff, in particular, Maureen, were excellent and very helpful and professional. The facilities were limited and inconvenient, due to ‘opening hours’! Reception ‘not manned’ in afternoons/night. IE: can’t use Spa if staff aren’t available to give key! No back-up or contact for any emergency - fire/lift. No safety deposit box. It was not acceptable to check own extensive inventory and clean room and take off bed linen, before leaving! A professional clean of room, utensils, crockery etc., would be expected. No salt put on paving or steps outside the hotel, when it snowed and was icy!

Fantastic place, really friendly staff, excellent room with nice shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). Bourg is a lovely place.

Room was really clean on arrival. Spacious apartment with balcony facing two ways (went round the side of the apartment). Reception staff were all lovely too. I enjoyed the free visit to the sauna & steam room, which was also clean. I didn’t use the pool but saw a group enjoying it while I was steaming away. It’s 2 stops on the bus, which stops right outside the residence. It’s about a 15 min walk from the GME but I often got the bus to ‘Cinema’, did my shopping at the Sherpa supermarche and enjoyed th peaceful walk over the river back to Lagrange. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was SUPER comfy (I’m very fussy with beds!). It was a hybrid mattress that wasn’t too firm or too soft and was thicker than many French places I’ve stayed at. It was extremely peaceful and would definitely recommend staying there. Nothing to groan about at all!

Hotel looks like apartment with essential facilities, which is good when one is on holiday with children. everything is clean and tidy. staff is quite helpful. would recommend.

Easy checking in and out. Kind, polite and helpful staff. Decent hotel, near public transport and tourist attractions. My room was a bit noisy early in the morning/night due to deliveries to the businesses around. It was ok as it was in Winter, but in warmer times, could be a problem. Breakfast was fine, although quite basic. Hotel is an old building but it was clean.
