Ridgeway Shopping Center

The Front Desk people were really kind and helpful. I reported to them that there was some water on the floor at the end of my bed (carpet) but I did not report it until the next day. It appears that the refrigerator may have been leaking and got the carpet wet which caused the room to smell a little. It was late and I was tired so I didn't change rooms or ask to change rooms. The front desk people said they would get the room taken care of after we checked out. Decent hotel. My only thought would be is that if you miss your turn coming into the hotel, you are going to end up in a parking lot which is slightly down the hill from the actual hotel and if you have a problem with stairs that would definitely be an issue. I came in at night and it was difficult to see that and suddenly I was at a very steep hill and a lower parking lot.

King bed rooms offered us all had terrible ground floor no views of anything. Old and terrible bathrooms.

I locked the room. The only thing I was not happy was the carpeting look horrible it needs to be replaced, but everything else was fine. The room was clean. The beds were good. I had a great stay.
