I can't give it 5 stars primarily due to the furniture needing replaced. The coach and loveseat were average, the beds and mattresses ok, but the recliner is uncomfortable and really needs replacing. I was able to communicate very easily with the owner. We enjoyed Silver Dollar city and Branson Landing. We also enjoyed the hot tub and playing cards at the table. We stayed at a Different cabin each time. Camp Bud has been our favorite so far. So roomy and comfortable. House was clean and had everything we needed. In addition, the facility was really well maintained and very clean. Every amenity was at our figure tips and it enabled us to focus on our leisure activities. Although our stay was too short (3 nights), we got a great sense for the Ozark's and it made us want to return. If you get a chance, utilize the coffee coupon for, Ozark's Coffee Company. The three bedroom cabin was the perfect fit. The decor was amazing. My mother went on and on about it. The cabin was spotless. the hot tub was crystal clear. The neighborhood was peaceful and set back in the woods. Absolutely perfect. The cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable. The setting and decor made us feel like we were at a rustic cabin in the woods, but with all of the conveniences of a home. Google maps was a little wonky on the directions because of recent highway construction upgrades that had just been completed. But, it wasn't hard to figure out the correct way to get into the entrance. Hopefully, by now Google maps corrected the directions. My son and his wife were very happy relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day in Branson. Our granddaughter was happy to have her own bedroom where she could chill out and play with her Nintendo Switch after riding all the Branson coasters. We were all happy with the fully equipped kitchen and the comfy beds. We also liked that the cabin was away from all the hustle and bustle of the Branson strip but was easily accessible when we wanted a little Branson action. The cabin was very clean and fully stocked for our stay. The only issue was upon arrival, the code provided to me for entry would not work on the keypad to the front door. I simply texted the property manager and was promptly offered a secondary code that immediately worked and allowed access inside. The cabin was beautifully decorated with rustic flare and being so close to Christmas there was a beautifully decorated and lighted Christmas tree! All the cabins were outfitted with clear Christmas lights too that offered a charming touch to the Holiday feel. They provided a lot of brochures on the kitchen table with local information for food and entertainment. My two dog's also loved the accommodations! I was told to turn right on Jones Rd when I should have turned left and then right where you go through the covered bridge. We figured it out but it was difficult due to road construction and it was dark. Second, the WIFI instructions were wrong in the email instructions and at the cabin. The cabin was typical, it needed some work, both bathroom doors had to be propped open and the master bedroom door wouldn't stay shut. I called and spoke with a very nice person who took care of us while we stayed there. She even got us a Keurig delivered the next day. That was my mistake and she helped us out by getting us one. Location was great, hospitality was great and amenities were great as well. Overall if the directions would have been right and there would have been no “confusion” over the WIFI instructions, the trip would have been great. ##### Todd W.
