So many original antique features in this home have been lovingly kept & restored. Only a block to tennis courts at Carter Jones park. Stroll 3 blocks to restaurants & shops; a very short drive to the best breweries on this side of town! Minutes to the Fan District, Carytown, downtown Richmond & Scott\`s Addition. Our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is perfect for family & friends to explore the city! Dog friendly! Our space boasts two separate bedrooms, each containing a queen bed and a television paired with a Roku streaming device for your entertainment needs. Linens provided. One full sized bathroom with a tub/shower combo, toilet and sink. Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. The cozy living room with two loveseats is perfect for four to gather around the television for a movie night or play games together at the coffee table. Steps away through the archway is the dining room which also seats four for an intimate dinner experience. The kitchen contains a full-size fridge/freezer with basic condiments included such as salad dressing, ketchup, mustard, etc., oven, gas stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with k-cups provided and other basic cooking essentials to prepare and cook meals! Conveniently tucked away in the basement, you will find the laundry area which houses a washer and dryer for your laundry needs! The spacious backyard is perfect for your furry dog friend who loves to run and play. It\`s fully fenced in, with a doghouse included. The entirety of the space is accessible to guests minus an owner\`s closet in the master bedroom. We are available via messenger, call or text. Do not hesitate to contact us any time. Our charming home is conveniently located in a historic neighborhood. It\`s just a short walk or drive to fine dining, antique shops and hiking trails. Location of this comfortable, efficient bungalow with a fenced backyard is not downtown, but it is an easy drive to downtown. Forest Hills neighborhood has plenty to enjoy without a car. We took several walks through the community, and I visited Forest Hills Park, and, of course, Crossroads Coffee and Ice Cream :) We didn't get to the tennis courts this time. ##### Debra C.
