Close to great restaurants and surrounded by historic homes. The house was built in the 1900s so the charm was endless. We were comfortable and cozy. Some of the nooks and crannies needed cleaning (e.g., the upstairs kitchen ceiling fan and top of refrigerator, and the floor under the trundles). I also reached out to the owners several times (both through the app and email) during my stay with questions and they went unanswered -- luckily it wasn't urgent. Communication with host was easy. We found the property to be fairly dirty (lots of hair, dust, floors were not mopped thoroughly, etc). We had small children, so the lack of clean floors was problematic. Did not appreciate that the onus was on me to report to host at beginning of stay (now I know) and when I reported it after the fact the host was unwilling to credit us a cleaning fee.
