It's a perfect combination of old-fashioned character and modern convenience. We had everything we needed: comfortable beds, plenty of linens, well-equipped kitchen, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a huge tv in a den upstairs that's separate from the downstairs living room, and even a foosball table. It wasn't chilly enough for us to try out the pellet stove and we didn't have time for a fire pit, but those are nice amenities to have. And clean - the whole house is very clean!
