Private 1BR Suite near Steveston | Living Room, No Kitchen

Enjoy a private one-bedroom suite in a renovated home in Richmond, near Steveston. The suite accommodates up to two guests and includes a Queen bedroom, a private full bathroom and a living room reserved for your group.

SPACE AND ACCESS
The suite is on the second floor and requires stairs. You enter through a shared entrance hall, corridors and staircase, then through the suite's separate, lockable door. Your bedroom, living room and bathroom are for your group's exclusive use. The host lives in a separate area of the same house.

LIGHT MEALS — NO KITCHEN
There is no guest kitchen and no access to the host's kitchen. A microwave, kettle and toaster are provided in the living area for simple food preparation. A mini fridge and coffee maker are also available. A stove, oven and full kitchen are not included.

AMENITIES
Wi-Fi, television, a desk and chair, heating, a portable fan, bed linens, towels, hair dryer and basic toiletries are provided. Guests have access to a washing machine and dryer. There is no air conditioning.

PARKING
Free street parking is available nearby. There is no dedicated or on-site parking space; please follow posted street signs.

PLEASE NOTE
Exterior cameras monitor access in the front and back yards. There are no indoor cameras. Maximum occupancy is two guests. No pets, smoking, vaping, parties, events or commercial photography/filming. Quiet hours are 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
