When I arrived I was presented with a Cabin Cruiser. It was not accessible for my dog. They would not provide different accommodations or refund my money. Extremely dissatisfied. I will never use Hotels.com again or VRBO since you have partnered with them. So disappointed in your lack of customer service. I ended up having to sleep in my car that night during a storm after arguing for 3 hours with customer service. When you are not provided what was advertised that is called bait and switch. I have put this on various social media outlets and many people have also expressed similar situations and thanked me for sharing. It's listed as a stocked fridge but other than a jar of mayonnaise it was very empty. We also expected at least warm water not a cold shower. I do understand that it is a boat but portable ac units were annoying. A roof top ac unit would work much better. And a roll of paper towels would add a nice touch. The interior has everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sun go down after a great meal at Conch Republic (the Captain's recommendation for dinner). We slept very well and awoke refreshed for a busy day exploring Richmond.
