This cozy 2 bedroom upstairs unit offers easy access to the charming town of Ashland. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, library, parks, Randolph Macon and more. Kings Dominion and the Va State Fairgrounds are just a few miles north. Richmond, Carytown, VCU and Scotts Addition are within 25 minutes. One hour east of Charlottesville, 1 hour west of Williamsburg, and 2 hours to Va Beach. Easily hop on the train that stops in Ashland for a day trip to DC.
Lounge on the comfy sofa and stream your favorite shows. Kitchen is well outfitted should you want to stay in and cook. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, it's own TV and alarm clock/noise machine. The office is equipped with wifi and printer for easy remote working. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the back yard. The backyard is a shared space. You are welcome to enjoy the picnic table and relax in the adirondack chairs.
