James’s place was perfect for my husband and I as a base for visiting our daughter and exploring Richmond. It had everything we needed, tons of space for a larger group or family and very tastefully decorated. Extremely clean and well-maintained! The location is very quiet and convenient and felt safe. We loved being able to walk to neighborhood coffee shops/restaurants, Forest Hills Park and an antique store. Very easy access to other areas of the city. James is a very courteous host and all communication was straightforward and thorough, with lots of helpful information about the area and making sure we were happy with everything. We would definitely recommend this place especially if you want to explore beyond Carytown and The Fan/VCU. ##### Lara E.
