This 1891 construction historic building has been nicely remodeled, retaining charming features like exposed brick walls and stained glass. Enjoy modern amenities and relish the prime location. Rear entrance, first floor studio apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with 2-person eat-in peninsula. Bathroom includes stack washer/dryer. Main room includes queen bed and sitting space. This studio comprises the rear half of the first floor of a 2-story building. The upstairs is a separately occupied apartment, and the front half of the first floor is an office space utilized by the owner during some days.

Please note: the thermostat for this apartment is located in the owner's office. Guest temperature adjustment requests can usually be accommodated within a day, but guests will not be able to directly adjust. Thanks!

Guests will have 1 private parking space in the rear off the alley, and access the apartment through the gated back yard.
