#### Neighborhood not we expected.
We ended up not staying for the night and moving into a hotel instead due to the neighborhood where the property was located. The owners were very kind, I had no trouble communicating with them. I have rented multiple properties with homeaway, unfortunately, this one was situated in a high-crime zone of Richmond. We did our research about the area and it was rated high on crime. There were vending machines inside the house covered with curtains.
