The room was clean and the hotel staff to include valet was very courteous. Although I only stayed for one night, the room was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Free breakfast was decent. Beautiful place overall.

Graduate by Hilton Richmond
The staff was very nice, the room was spacious and clean. The room wasn't ready when I arrived but the woman who checked me in was gracious enough to upgrade the room as a courtesy for patiently waiting. The lobby and bar was nice as well. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.
