"My stay was ruined by the smell of body odor in the bedding. Either someone who smelled, slept in the bedding before me or the laundering service is unable to clean bod-odor out of the bedding material. I checked in at 11:30pm and wasn’t going to say anything about it at that point. It ruined my stay "

"We checked into our room and went out after a few minutes to Foxwoods casino. When we returned at around 930pm we discovered we did not have a remote controll for our TV. They brought one to us. The refrigerator was not cleaned a ice mask was left in the freezer and the bathroom door did not close appropriately. There was no body wash in the shower. Our coffee maker has a layer or dust on top of it. Breakfast took about 20 minutes to be waited on and the pancakes i ordered were not served with the strawberries and powdered sugar as the menu read and it took 25 minutes or so for them to come out. The waiter never came back to check on us and instead of asking how everything was. He asked "if we were all set" no have a good day...nothing.... this was the worst experience we have had at this hotel. "

"Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean with nice bedding. The bathroom was clean with nice body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Plenty of towels! The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the Mystic area and Groton. A variety of restaurants nearby."
