The hotel is very well run, I liked the coffee station but no coffee in the room was a minor down side, the breakfast was very varied and delicious The only problem for me is I stayed on Sunday and the restaurant next door was shut and no local options available also hotel doesn't have a bar

I don’t consider the hotel a worthy B&B badge holder. I requested a room for a disabled person, I received no acknowledgement, on arrival around 8pm I asked the staff if the bathroom was suitable for disability and he confirmed yes. I got to the room and it was not disabled friendly. Unfortunately I went straight to a meeting and was unable to query or change rooms. It is extremely dangerous for me to try and enter/exit a bath. Why don’t staff read or respond to a request. This frequently happens. On going to bed there was only a sheet no blanket no duvet so I increased the aircon, it didn’t heat and I spent a cold 10c night unfair sheet. I use B&B a lot but will now review my options.

Habitación muy amplia, luminosa y cómoda. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, algo que se agradece especialmente en días tan calurosos como el de nuestra estancia. El baño también era muy espacioso. Además, la televisión era grande, lo que nos permitió disfrutar del partido España-Bélgica con total comodidad. Como España ganó, al final todos salimos ganando: la selección, nosotros... ¡y el hotel! En general, hemos quedado muy contentos y satisfechos con el servicio recibido. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos a quienes busquen un alojamiento cómodo y agradable.

D’abord on nous donne la clé de la chambre et la fenêtre etait ouverte et pas moyen de la fermer ! J’ai réclamé on m’as donné une deuxième exactement la même chose fenêtre cassée ! Je réclame et une troisième chambre pas moyen d’éteindre les lumières ! On a du dormir avec les lumières ! Et en plus la télé était bloquée sur le football ! Pas moyen de voir autre programme !!! Mauvaise expérience !
