"The front desk person when I checked in at 8pm was unwelcoming. I waited til she came from the back room where I clearly interrupted her phone conversation. Never greeted me, check in was robotic with no information. It was pouring rain and she didn’t even bother to tell me there was a door just outside my room to enter from the parking lot.i got put in the dog hall so listening to barking wasn’t pleasant. There were wads of hair caked along the edge of the tub. Room was nice, bed comfy, temp good, breakfast was great. Need to have tv instructions. Overall, I would stay again and hope someone else is at the desk to make you feel welcome. "

"Parking is easy and close to the building. The rooms are clean and spacious."

"Refrigerator in room very noisy and the heating register was loud, when it would come on you had to turn the tv volume up to hear it, for such a nicely decorated hotel, things are in much need of repair. SAD!"

"This place is incredible! The setup for accommodating a large group, lots of shared spaces for gathering and outdoor spaces to enjoy nature, it’s perfect! We came into town to experience the spring skiing, and it did not disappoint! We will be back again 100%!!!"

"The place was great. Beds for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. The Glass Nickel Pizza was a great call for take one night.To owner/management Co. The electric griddle was a little jacked up. It was like the plug provided was the wrong one and it never seated properly.Other than that, the place was perfect for our time at Granite Peak."
