I would definitely recommend spending the extra for an ocean view room; waking up to that view really added something special to our stay. The restaurant was very good overall, although a few more themed evenings would be welcome, especially for guests staying for two weeks or longer. The staff were amazing, particularly in the restaurant. They shared great tips about the island, made us laugh, and even brought us bowls of fresh lychees at breakfast — such a lovely touch.
