The home is well-appointed, has a great space for the kids, and is in a convenient location close to mountain activities. Most importantly, the space is comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, and we had plenty of towels and linens for our stay. The record player is always a hit. The only change I’d make would be to the lighting: one bedroom only has an overhead light, and the other two have single bare-bulb lamps, but this is pretty nit-picky. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows for lovely view of the trees. Very clean and well stocked with towels and hot tub towels. Hot tub was very clean and the perfect temp when we arrived. Bedding and pillows felt new and floors/kitchen were spotless. I have stayed in many mountain condos and homes and this was excellent. Management was communicative and flexible with our travel plans. Communicated that we would not be there day one. Then the weather shut down one of the major roads to access the property. Again, communicated that we would not be able to make it now due to the weather. No response. I know that there would not be a refund, but I would have thought that there would have at least been a response. Possibly a chance to rebook for another timeframe. The house was quiet and clean with all we needed to do a little cooking. It's a pleasant neighborhood and though the houses are close together, we felt an adequate sense of privacy. The wifi worked great, even with my need to connect to a VPN for work and managed the groups devices great. The location is only a few miles to Welches or Rhody so lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
