About this property

Riverfront Mt. Hood Retreat with Hot Tub + Game Room

  • Escape to this Mt. Hood riverfront cabin designed for families and groups. Soak in the saltwater hot tub overlooking the Sandy River, fire up the grill, gather by the fire, play in the game room, or head up the mountain for adventure. Sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a chef-friendly kitchen, EV charger, gear storage, and room to reconnect—just 10–15 minutes from Government Camp.

Made for slow mornings & mountain adventures.

    River. Rest. Reconnect. Repeat.

Welcome to three levels of riverfront mountain living, with room to gather, play, unwind, and reconnect.

Alluvial means land shaped by a river. Here along the Sandy River, it also reflects our purpose: a place to slow down and gather. Spend your days hiking, skiing, and exploring, then return for meals, games, and time together.

Built in the 1970s and thoughtfully renovated, Alluvial Retreat blends mountain-cabin charm, modern comforts, and a warm Japandi aesthetic. Pieces from local artists and businesses celebrate the Pacific Northwest.

Minutes from Mt. Hood, the cabin is an inviting base for hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and exploring. Return to the river’s natural white noise and spaces made for relaxing together.
