Hood! Direct River and Beach access from our deck. Winter Sports paradise! Only 15 miles from Government Camp,OR. Downhill skiing is only 15 miles away Cross country is only 23 miles. Snowshoeing is five miles. Year-round skiing at nearby Timberline Lodge, summer training for the US Olympic Team. Snowmobiling and Kid friendly ( the gate to the river can be locked) with one bedroom on the main floor, it's perfect to bring grandma and grandpa along. During the summer time enjoy hiking, jogging, walking and bike riding right out the front door. Sandy Ridge Trailhead 1 mile for mountain biking( all skill levels),Twenty seven holes of Golf are only six miles away at the award winning Inn at The Mountain. We planned to do a lot of activities in the area, but the property was so nice and relaxing that we ended up spending more time there just hanging out with the kids and relaxing. The river access, the views, and the sound of the rushing water were amazing. Connectivity was slow in general, but that was very helpful in getting the kids off their devices! ##### Andy B.
