"We especially loved Janice and how kind she was when having to get after us for my 6 year old daughter. My daughter is a little escape artist who was roomed with her dad that weekend because we had 4 different rooms with 15 different people and 4 of which were kids so we split the kids up in rooms to minimize the crazy from being all in one room. Yes short sight on my hand that our daughter should of been roomed with someone else in the group. But janice never failed to not only be kind and understanding about it while also making sure i knew my daughter was causing some peoples stay to be interrupted."
