We have three quaint and cozy cabins that each comfortably sleep four. They will only be available May 1 - October 1. Each cabin has been renovated inside and out with new, knotty pine bathrooms and updated appliances. The newly installed heaters will readily take the chill off cool mornings as you awake to the soft rustling of leaves, waves lapping the shoreline and the call of loons. Big Saint Germain Lake is one of the premier fishing lakes in northern Wisconsin. You can find lake details on the Wisconsin DNR website. Just our family of 4 prior to heading to the Chain for a giant family vacation. The cabin had what we needed to make a few small meals, we mostly tried the great restaurants near by, the road was quiet for my husband and I to do quick morning runs, and we would recommend to others. The boys go fishing while the girls relax on the beach or lawn. The water is shallow for quite a long way out and it's a sandy bottom. It is right on the lake with a little sandy area as well. Larry has multiple tables and chairs set up outside as well. Larry was great and so responsive to any questions I had.
