"Wonderful stay and very clean! Very Fun to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Cochem. Only caution is there are lots of cigarrette smokers in Cochem city so the smoke comes through open windows. "

"This is the second time we have stayed as my sister lives nearby. Spotlessly clean again and the hosts were there to check us in early. Gunter and Ulrika are so kind to our children, letting them play with toys in their house and garden. Nice touches are added like wine on arrival and snacks and chocolate for the kids. Unless you have a lot of money the immediate area may not be the place for you to shop. Löhrstrasse is only a few minutes walk and the shopping there is endless, without vehicular traffic, and you can find real bargains there. "Very apartment was clean and quiet. A full kitchen to cook in and a patio to relax at. The check in process was easy and host was nearby if we had any issues. It was near town for restaurants and local tourist attractions. I have no problem recommending this place to anyone."

"Nice location, ground floor, well-sized apartment with washer/dryer/fully stocked kitchen, ample space plus a parking slot. A few fixtures/fittings in bathroom need to be updated & fixed plus shelves/corners/window require additional cleaning (may be ghe flat was empty for a while). Super communication with lovely host. Would much recommend & stay here again in the future."
