On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to a separate WC, a spacious living and dining room furnished with a dining table and a flat screen, and an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering. From the living area, direct access opens onto a terrace. The ground floor also features 2 double bedrooms: the first is appointed with 1 double bed, while the second contains 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2. A shower room with a hip bath completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, 2 further double bedrooms are situated beneath sloping ceilings, lending the space a characterful and intimate atmosphere. The first of these rooms is furnished with 2 single beds, while the second offers 1 double bed. A separate WC is also available on this level, and the upper floor provides access to an additional terrace equipped with outdoor furniture.
