"We booked for 6 people but neither bed settee was made up. We eventually found some duvets and pillows but no clean sheets so opened a packet of new sheets we found in a room in the basement. The same with towels. The washing machine was on with a load of washing in it full of water. There was a pile of dirty bedding in a room in the basement. "

Top Rheinboellen Hotel Reviews

Bellevue Rheinhotel

8/10 Good

"This was an ideal place for us to stay. We upgraded our room and stayed an additional night. We are used to the friendliness of US and Canadian front desk staff. The staff at this hotel are efficient, but do not expect the extra mile. You want to know a restaurant with xyz they will tell you that, but they will not go any further - like it is closed on Wednesdays or it is one of the best in town. We could not figure out how the sauna worked - the pool was wonderful. We would stay there again."
