am writing to share some thoughts on our recent stay at your lovely hotel. First and foremost, I must say that the location of your hotel is absolutely fantastic and incredibly convenient for getting around. It certainly made our travel experience much smoother. Additionally, the breakfast you offer is delightful, with a great variety to choose from, and we particularly appreciated the provision of filtered water. It’s the little things that make such a big difference, and this was certainly one of them. However, there is one suggestion I would like to make to further enhance the guest experience. It would be incredibly convenient to have a small fridge in the room. This would allow guests to store condiments and other perishables that they might have bought previously. Thank you for considering this feedback. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

The hotel is very traditional There is no elevator to every floor I missed the coffee or water in the lobby for a spa hotel a Must. !!

From the moment I stepped through its doors, I was met with warmth, grace, and professionalism that elevated my stay beyond mere comfort. The staff here are nothing short of extraordinary. Genuinely friendly and impeccably trained, they strike the rare balance between attentiveness and discretion. Every request was met with a smile, and their seamless coordination behind the scenes ensured my experience felt effortless from check-in to checkout. Cleanliness is clearly a cornerstone of this hotel’s philosophy. My room was spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged—like a haven waiting to be discovered after a long day. Crisp linens, gleaming surfaces, and a soft, calming scent set the tone for restorative rest. Each meal was a culinary delight. Breakfast in particular deserves special mention—not just for the variety of fresh and delicious offerings, but for the absolutely stellar service from Gabrielle. Despite the breakfast room being bustling with guests, Gabrielle remained a pillar of poise and professionalism. Always smiling, never flustered, she ensured every guest felt attended to with care and genuine warmth. Her dedication made mornings something to look forward to.

The hotel was absolutely charming, with a warm ambiance set in a quaint rustic town—an ideal escape from the bustle of Paris. The rooms had a great vibe and view, offered quality amenities, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was a bit warm during our visit, so we really appreciated the in-room AC. The only drawback was our timing—visiting on a Sunday and Monday meant much of Obernai was closed, which made exploring a bit tricky. Still, it was a lovely overall experience!
