The apartment is in a prime location, right in the city centre and within walking distance of all the cities main attractions. It features 2 spacious bedrooms with ample closet space, fully equipped full size kitchen. Please note these are multi unit apartments and there is slight difference between them. One of them is very cosy loft apartment. The Space: This two bedroom apartment is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to six guests. The apartment features a double bed, two single beds and a convenient sleeping sofa that can sleep two additional guests. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favourite meals, complete with necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils. The private bathroom offers a refreshing shower, ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy your downtime with a TV for entertainment and take advantage of the free WiFi to stay connected. Situated in a prime downtown location, you’ll be just steps away from the city’s top attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The area has plenty of restaurants in all ranges but you're also free to make a homemade meal with the fully equipped kitchen. Getting Around: Public transport from here is very good. The main bus station (Hlemmur) is within 5 minute walk. There are tons of bars and restaurants within few minute walking distance. There is limited parking due to the location and most spaces are pay and display but are free overnight Other Things to Note: Please note that this is multi unit listing, we have 3 very similar apartments in the same building which are all under this listing. It is therefore possible to book the listing up to 3 times, make sure if you only want to book one apartment that you do not accidentally make multiple bookings. Cots, cribs, high seats and other children/baby furniture are available upon request. We have cameras monitoring the common areas of the building and front doors, for your safety. Perfectly suited for a family of four (though we had 5 and didn't struggle to find space). The highlight of the place was the location: one block from Laugavegur, filled with restaurants, shops, and a short walk to major sites, museums. Parking was a little bit of a challenge since the road it's on is P1 parking (the most expensive option), which was the only negative; While I got lucky and found a free spot at the school by Hallgrimskirkja and left it there for a couple of days, P3 parking is only a block away and fairly cheap (by Iceland standards) if you can't find a free one. In general, would very much recommend this place for visiting Reykjavik. ##### Brian P. The only issue with the property was the kitchen lacked several items to efficiently cook even simple meals. There were no kitchen towels at all. The stove took over 30 minutes to boil water for pasta, and there were random, mismatched pots and lids, limited cooking utensils, yet 2 toasters. We improvised but ended up eating out because it was too much work to cook in the apartment.
