We loved the location as it was in the heart of Reykjavik. Very easy to find food and shopping. Everything is within walking distance from the marina to the bus station. Laundry not in the apartment, but just around the corner and very easy to use. There is a bar on the street level that has a nightly band 8-11 pm but the owners provide ear plugs. Easy to sleep after about 1130 pm during the week. Weekends, we found good sleep from about 1130-3ish am then other places most close, so street noise increases. Amenities are very nice.
