There are two full bathrooms which is rather rare in one floor apartments in Iceland. The first one has a shower and the other one comes with both a shower and a bath tub. The apartment is stylishly furnished on the 5th floor with a great view of the harbour and mount Esja. The view from the living room over the harbour is amazing. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and essential spices at your disposal along with complimentary tea and coffee. There is an extra room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is also free parking on the right side of the building. The harbour area behind the building is up and coming with many restaurants to choose from along with a wonderful ice cream store. Close by are several grocery shops and a pharmacy. There is an elevator in the building. The apartment was plenty spacious for our family. It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining and family room areas, with wonderful views of the marina, water and mountains. Sjonni was extremely accommodating and always available to answer any questions. The apartment is in a great location, close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend taking a private, customized tour with Jenny & Sibylle (we did the Golden Circle and South Coast tours). Also, highly recommend the Coocoo's Nest restaurant, Brikk bakery (across the street), FlyOver Iceland and the Lava Center. We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!! :) ##### Jodi S. Great location Can’t say enough great things about this apartment! From the beginning the owner was always in contact with us and extremely easy to work with. The apartment is clean and spacious, it has all the essentials we needed during our stay. Sigurjón was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. From the very beginning there was great communication with the owner Sjonni. Clear instructions were provided on how to gain access to the unit with great info provided ahead of arrival. The unit was spotless-clean, spacious for our girls trip (6 of us) and it has a fantastic view (and balcony) overlooking the harbor which I loved. Amazing bakery across the street.
