Getting Around: The BSI Bus Terminal is 700 metres away and a large public bus station in 4 min walking distance. The apartments are in a 45 min. drive from Keflavik Airport. If you take the FlyBus from the airport, the nearest drop-off bus stop is at Snorrabraut and from there it's only 6 min. walk to the apartment. If you don't have a rent-a-car most attractions and services are within walking range. You can also use the public bus. Other Things to Note: Cots, cribs, high seats and other children/baby furniture are available upon request. From the minute we got there to the moment we left, the folks at Heimaleiga (the management people) were responsive, warm, and efficient. Check in instructions were detailed and clear. The apartment is beautifully set up -fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, linens, and comfortable beds.My mother and I looked forward to returning at the end of long days and sitting together going over our adventures.
