Luxury One Bedroom Apartment located in Downtown Reykjavik, on the popular Laugavegur Shopping Street. Walking distance from Harpa Concert Hall & Conference Centre and Sun Voyager sculpture. The apartment includes free Wi-Fi, laundry and kitchen facilities. Furnished Balcony available with a lovely view. While being downtown, everything you need is right around the corner.

The Space:
This One bedroom apartment is furnished with a lot of taste and attention to each and every detail.
Suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, sleeping in the bedroom on a very comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. Furnished balcony is attached that you can sit and watch the Hallgrímskirkja Church and Reykjavik City.

Kitchen –Includes stove, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle.

Guest Access:
46Heima Apartments are self service apartments with access codes which will be given before arrival.
Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
A grocery store, restaurants, cafes and bars are found within walking distance of the property. A swimming centre with outdoor hot tubs is found 400 metres away. If you feel like visiting the surroundings, the property is 1.6 km from Harpa Concert Hall & Conference Centre and 2 km from the National Museum of Iceland. Keflavik International Airport is located 50 km from the property.

Getting Around:
There is very good bus access in this area. The public bus stops at Bíó Paradís, which is in 2 min. walking distance and the Airport Transfer has a drop-off location 7 min. away (Bus stop 9 - Snorrabraut).

There is no free street parking by the property, as this is on the main shopping street but there is good paid parking spots nearby that are free overnight.

Other Things to Note:
Cots, cribs, high seats and other children/baby furniture are available upon request.
Please note that the building does not have an elevator, which may be challenging for guests who have difficulty with stairs or are traveling with heavy luggage. We recommend considering this when planning your stay.

Fantastic Location Well Stocked

Location was great. Check in was contactless and easy. Apartment was clean and exactly like the pictures. It took time to register when booking but they were patient with me submitting the required documents and always responded to questions promptly. Even while there, the office responded quickly which is very nice when visiting from another cou try. Instructions well documented and clear. Great place.
