We’re really sorry it didn’t meet your expectations.We understand it’s frustrating you need tokens for the washing machines, however we were pleased to hear our manager supplied you with some after 6pm, after calling our after-hours radio. We are a remote destination, so some things are a little different – we hope in the future we will be able to provide guests with machines that take cards, but unfortunately our phone reception does not allow it at this stage.We send guests a message after check-in to ensure everything is ok – we encourage guests to let us know about any issues as soon as they arise, so we can fix them immediately. We’re really sorry we weren’t aware that your bathroom smelt, but we’re glad you found our shared facilities great.We have reviewed our listings and have found our images and descriptions accurate. We don’t promote our Taka Tents as a glamping experience, as this wouldn’t be an accurate reflection.
