Don't be fooled by the pictures. The photo shown is not what the house looks like in reality. We arrived Revelstoke only to find that the cute little house in the photo wasn't like the photo at all. Look at the picture below. I called the manager to say we did not want to stay there. We wanted our money back. The local manager said they would not refund the money because we had booked through hotels.com. I called hotels.com. They said it was up to the owner/manager. The choice to refund the money wasn't their decision. They called the local manager. The local manager told hotels.com they would not refund the money. Lesson learned. Do your own research. DO NOT book this house.
