Reservoir Creek Golf Course

I am very grateful for how kind the staff at the front desk was. Overall, the experience was not terrible, especially since we spent very little time at the hotel because we had so much to do around the area. However, I do think the hotel should be more mindful of certain rooms, including mine on the 3rd floor, and of where they place their guests, especially if the floor above has apartments that may not be following carpet protocols or are being used more like private residences. The room or apartment directly above us did not seem to have carpets, and because of that we could hear everything starting around 7 AM on both Saturday and Sunday: footsteps, furniture moving, toilets flushing, and constant noise overhead. When someone is on vacation, they hope to be able to rest and sleep in, especially on a Sunday morning. Additionally, the hallway on that floor had a very strong smell. It did not smell like cleaning products, but more like an old, moldy odor. I am not sure where it was coming from, whether the carpets or something else, but it was very noticeable every time we stepped out of the elevator and walked to the room.
