I spoke to Vrbo finally (took forever to get through) and they got it coordinated at the very last minute. We almost gave up and were ready tio find another place. Vrbo admitted this has been and ongoing problem between them and Expedia!" You have to wait a long time for it, then it comes on briefly and then disappears again. We couldn't take a proper shower. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick."
