It offers a generous living place for up to 16 persons (in seven generous rooms plus secondary rooms on two floors + wellness zone) and inspires visitors and guests by its history and originality. Beside the original fire place (Rauchkuchl), old staircases, wooden doors or original sleeping chambers the guest can count on three modern bathrooms, 2 Saunas, big kitchen, Sat TV and free wireless internet. The authentically furnished house accommodates among other things an original smoke tube, a grain chamber, styleful transition areas and a library in which one can withdraw oneself at each time. In der näheren Umgebung kann man Wandern und auch der Milstätter See sind super für Unternehmungen. Einziger Nachteil ist die Geräuschkulisse der A10, dafür ist man aber auch in 2 min. auf der Bahn und muss nicht ewig Landstrasse fahren. In der Küche ist alles nötige vorhanden. Ein besonderes Highligt sind natürlich die im Haus vorhandenen Wellnesmöglichkeiten (Dampfbad, kl. Sauna oben, „Ruhemuscheln im Keller) und vorne weg die tolle Außensauna. Auch Sauna-Öle sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Jahr da gewesen. Wir waren 4 Familien. Es war genug Platz da. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Es war alles da. Bettzeug, Handtücher, Bademäntel,Geschirrtücher etc. Man kann sich sehr gut entspannen. Viele von uns haben 2x Sauna und Dampfbad sehr genossen. Man ist sehr schnell im Skigebiet Katschberg, nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Skigebiet ist toll und nicht so überlaufen. In 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt zu erreichen (Rennweg). In ca. 20 Minuten ist man in St. Michael bzw. St. Margarethen im Lungau. Dort kann man auch Langlaufen und Wandern. Wir sind sehr gut von Bianca betreut worden, sie kümmert sich vor Ort um alles. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir möchten unbedingt wieder kommen. Wir, 4 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern im Alter von 3 bis 8 Jahren, haben die Semesterferien in der Villa verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß genug und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten und Bettzeug sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Dampfbad, Sauna und Tepedarium sind eine willkommene Ergänzung. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe und es war sehr sonnig. Wunderbar ist auch der große Tisch und die großzügige Garderobe, wo wir alle viel Platz hatten. Das Skigebiet Katschberg ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfährt und bequem zu erreichen. Die Haushälterin, Frau Hermi, hat uns sehr gut betreut. In Rennweg, 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto befindet sich ein Nah& Frisch und zwei sehr nette Gasthöfe. Ambiente und Ausstattung waren perfekt und haben "Romantik in den Alpen" zum Leben und Erleben erweckt. Wir haben begonnen die Region zu erwandern, die für uns jeden Tag schöner und vielfältiger wurde. Jeder Tag begann und wurde abends mit Dank beendet, dass Wilfried. S. und Familie eine solche Symbiose von Unterkunft und Natur geschaffen haben. Dieser Urlaub mit der Familei zu viert hat die Erwartungen von allen übertroffen. Das beeindruckende Haus mit der supertollen Ausstattung auf hohem Niveau hat uns sofort ein Zuhause vermittelt. Küche, Sauna, Ovarium, die schönen Bauernräume für den Aufenthalt und zum Schlafen, und die vielen Urlaubsmöglichkeiten möchten wir unbedingt gerne nochmals erleben. Ein Refugium zum Entspannen, zum "in sich gekehrt sein", aber auch zum Leben, Tagen und Feiern. Die Seele machte Urlaub und die Emotionen des Hauses und der Umgebung beflügelten uns täglich.
