"Easy access to airport"

"Upon entering the hotel, it was nice. It looked clean. The staff was nice upon check-in. It was a quick check-in process upon entering my room. It seemed fine. It was an adjoined room which I didn't like, but it seemed OK maybe about two or three hours after getting comfortable. I see a mouse went across the floor. I immediately packed my things and called the front desk. I was then given another room, which was fine. It was clean. You know the issue is people leave their food, trash and things outside in the hall for pick up all night long from the time I checked in until checkout time the same food and trash was out in the hallway, of course rodents."

"The morning stuff at the front desk was trying to get me to sign paperwork for my dog the day I was leaving said that there was a fee and room rules that never was presented at my check in looking at my account to make sure I don’t get charged for something I was informed about"

"This hotel is looking a little worn and is in need of an update. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean."

"The property was clean, the staff is friendly. My room key didn't work twice, but I was able to get quick help with that. I also was charged for parking, however I didn't drive (uber everywhere) I told the lady at the front desk, she said she would take it off but it wasn't. I called back, I was told they would take it off, but as yet they haven't. "
