"One of the best rental houses our family has stayed in! Very spacious and well designed indoor space, very clean, and for my legally blind husband - the best lighting we’ve encountered! The kids enjoyed playing on the big lawn and walking along the river (except the flies!). It is a peaceful area outside town but we found great restaurants not too far away and we enjoyed seeing so many more stars at night. The WiFi was the only challenge - too slow for our teens or to load video but the signal...

"Fathers and sons trip to the area for Cooperstown’s Memorial Day weekend activities. Property is within 40 minutes of Cooperstown. Plenty of food and grocery choices located nearby, in a quaint and quiet town. The house is located in an up and coming neighborhood and definitely stands out among its neighbors. The house has been beautifully remodeled and was perfect, with plenty of space, for our group of 10. Thank you for a great experience!"

"We found the place very comfortable and cozy! It is about a 10 minute drive to old forge which is so convenient to skiing and hiking. We visit the area frequently and are fortunate to find this place which had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house is spacious and inviting. "The house was nice, a bit hard to climb the stairs with luggage. Stairs are very steep. Also, we did not realize the property was on a state road which means you can't ride your buggy, you have to trailer it to a parking lot and unload.Can't leave any food on the counter, even closed, because of little ants and a lot of flies in the house. Mentioning for those who are concerned about insects. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and clean."
