What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is the opportunity it provides for both relaxation and adventure. The serene riverside setting offers a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and recharge. At the same time, the abundance of activities in the surrounding area keeps your engaged and entertained. Whether you're exploring nature trails, trying out local restaurants, or participating in water sports and fishing on the river, there's always something new and exciting to experience. This blend of tranquility and excitement is what makes this property truly special and appealing.

We do not allow people outside the reservation to the property. If you say you have a party of 4 it must be no more than 4 people at the property. More guest are welcome for a fee of $45 per person per night. No more than 8 guest.

We had such a great experience at Rivers Edge. The place was spotless and well kept and incredibly well organized. The kitchen was stocked and organized and usable (a first). The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would gladly stay again.

"Tranquil" is spot on!

Beautiful stay on the River

This house is so cute!! We stayed with our family and enjoyed the house so much. It was cold during our visit but I imagine in the warmer months it is even more fun with the waterfront and outdoor areas! You can tell the owners put a lot of hard work into making this a cozy retreat for themselves and guests 😊

Riverside Gem

This property is adorable with a large yard. The porch is so nice overlooking the River you could spend all your time out there but the house is also beautiful and comfortable. We had a great family weekend that included an engagement and it was the perfect setting!

What a lovely place to spend a quiet few days! Excellent, easy location beautifully located on a quiet river with a freight train nearby (which is a bonus for us! Love the sounds of a train). The wrap around porch is amazing and the property is nice and big. Would be an excellent place to bring a larger group in warmer weather to take advantage of all the water crafts and outdoor space available. Dog friendly and with no caveats (must be crate trained or max dog weight 30lbs etc) is a HUGE win for me every time. The mattresses are extremely soft - like falling into a bowl of pudding - which I think is just standard for rentals like this - but keep it in mind if you require a firmer sleeping space for back issues, etc. Will absolutely visit again and tell all our friends!

Beautiful get away ♥️

It was a beautiful house with a beautiful yard with a river running right in front of you. We hardly left the house because it was so relaxing and peaceful. We did a lot of cooking and everything was right there for you. It’s nice to be able to do your laundrya also.I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away. Jess was just wonderful

Parents Weekend

We found this property while searching the area around Binghamton University. We were coming up for parents weekend with the family. The house was just as described and pictured in the listing. It’s so clean and nicely decorated. The perfect place to relax after a long day of walking around. We got to enjoy a couple nights in the hot tub and a kayaking in the morning. Highly recommend!

Perfect Weather and Home

Absolutely perfect weekend with mom, sisters and niece. Rivers Edge was more than we expected and gave us a haven for a couple days to connect. Everyone could relax and be in their own space or come together as a group. Relaxation was the name of the game! Will definitely return. Beautiful home and views!

My teenage sons and I stayed at this lovely property and had a wonderful summer vacation! This home has everything you need to have a comfortable, restful stay. It’s decorated beautifully and is so welcoming. So many extras that really make you feel pampered. The kitchen is very well equipped, so we cooked or grilled out most of our meals. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas, the kayaks and we made good use of the campfire area and hot tub. Jess is very helpful and responsive, and she does everything to make sure your stay is 5 star! We plan on returning!

Right on the Water

This home is a beautiful work in progress. I can see there is much more in store in the future. Still, it's almost perfect as it is. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Everything you could need is right there. My boys fished a lot, while my daughter, her boyfriend and I went to Binghamton most days to visit museums, shop, eat... We all had a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Stunning Riverview

The property is beautiful inside and out! I recently stayed here with my family and we really enjoyed our stay. We spent our days Kayaking and tubing in the river and our evening playing corn hole and enjoying the fire. We spent a lot of time on the river dock ( fishing 🎣, tubing and boating). There are a lot of seating areas inside and out. Host was very responsive and we would definitely consider staying again. The place has everything you will need, the host really pay attention to the details. This place was a great find, you wont be disappointed. The only downside we found was the charge for each guest. With 6 guest ( 4 adults, one infant, one day visitor) and 1 small dog came to just about $500 a night with all fees. We have never booked with VBRO ( only the other sites) so charging per person was new to us, but if you are looking for a waterfront experience this place was great and has literally everything you need.
