"Great resort for kids. Indoor pool was fun and lots of outdoor and indoor entertainment. We had lots of fun! Clean and good service. Wish check out was not 10am but a bit later but other than that i definitely recommend the hotel! "

The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, ensuring each room knows exactly where to sit, which avoids any confusion. However, breakfast hours are a bit limited, running only from 8-9 AM. "Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure! Loved it here!"

"Moc hezky hotel zvenci i uvnitr, vsude cisto a teplo, nic nam nechybelo, a vyuzili jsme i privatni wellness, bylo levne. Nedaleko byla sjezdovka, na niz jsme dosli v klidu pesky, v hotelu pak susarna s moznosti uskladneni snowboardu. Komunikace s pani spravcovou byla vyborna."
