"NO help from staff. Wasnt even given hand soap for bathroom, and was shrugged off when we asked for it. Students tend to work here, and they do not know what they're doing. Our room was infested with ants throughout the bedroom and bathroom, and staff acted burdened by contacting housekeeping. Housekeeping was great to remedy the problem, and she was very friendly. "Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. "

"We didn't realize it was a school campus, but the students where all very friendly and helpful. It would of been nice to have a little more service, but all in all, it was close to the main attractions and I didn't mind the simplicity as much as my sister did. I saw the pictures first."

"5 floors to climb with luggage and 3 taverns at the base, next to 3 train tracks. These things need to be disclosed. Top floor loft, so low head cover. Front door glass was busted, trash everywhere in front of apartment was cause for concern. Spa bathtub was functional and nice, but priced for a 4.5 star property."

"The Hotel Central Luzern is a city property, so access to shopping, dining, and transportation are readily available. The walk to the covered bridge leading to Old Town was literally a four-minute walk away. The front desk staff was excellent - very accommodating and informative! They also lent us umbrellas to use on our first day due to some persistent rain. Our room was clean and housekeeping kept it that way during our stay. Bedding was very comfortable! The shower and bathroom were clean and of an acceptable size. The property has a breakfast/lounge area and balconies off of the lounge room. This was nice just to get out of the room. We would definitely stay here again!"
