The perfect location of the flat house, in Reith bei Kitzbühel, guarantees peace and relaxation on the one hand and favourable connections to Kitzbühel and the surrounding ski areas on the other. Our flats can be rented all year round. Sunbathing terrace surrounded by greenery, close to the forest, Reith bei Kitzbühel, best execution, Our flat house is located near the edge of a forest, in the middle of a beautiful landscape. From our garden you have a fantastic view of the Tyrolean mountains Hahnenkamm, Kitzbüheler Horn, and the Wilder Kaiser. The perfect location, in Reith bei Kitzbühel, guarantees peace and relaxation on the one hand and a favourable connection to Kitzbühel and the surrounding ski areas on the other. Flat 2 is 115 m² in size and is suitable for 5 to 6 people. It has 2 beautiful bedrooms. A pull-out double sofa bed provides space for a total of 6 people. The flat also offers a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There is also an in-house sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer. (Sauna for Top 2 and Top 3 shared use) PARKING: the parking place for this apartment is opposite the house (see house rules) The tenants have free use of the flat terrace and the terrace furniture. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the Kitzbühel Alps and the famous Kitzbüheler Horn. In the immediate vicinity are: the mountain railway (4 km), leisure facilities such as outdoor swimming pools (6 km), the Schwarzsee lake resort (4 km), a golf course (3 km), a riding stable and a tennis court (1 km) as well as supermarkets and restaurants (1.5 km). Due to its favourable location, the diversity of the landscape and the originally preserved village character, the small village of Reith with its 1,717 inhabitants is a recognised neighbour to the town of Kitzbühel and a popular destination for guests looking for peace and relaxation, but who do not want to miss out on the wide range of infrastructural facilities in the top region of Kitzbühel. In summer, the Schwarzsee and Gieringer Weiher lakes, the "Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee-Reith" golf course, hiking and biking opportunities in Bichlach and much more are a valuable addition. It is therefore also ideal for golfers and bikers. Well-kept restaurants offer Tyrolean cuisine and international specialities and are a popular attraction for guests from the whole region. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, nach reiflicher Überlegung geben wir der Unterkunft auf einer Skala 1...10 nur 2,5 Punlte. Eine wirklich schwache Performance von allen Seiten. Ich begründe gerne unsere Einstufung. Die 2,5 Punkte geben wir für die ausreichend großen Räume, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badetimmmer sowie für die Sauna (Sauna nur für eine Person doch relativ klein, aber immerhin). Das passte. Leider sind uns sehr viele negative Dinge aufgefallen. Das Appartment war bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Im Schlafzimmer hingen überall Spnnweben und Spinnen, gleiches über der Sauna. Der Ablauf in einer Dusche war völlig verstopft. Wir konnten uns nicht duschen. Beide Duschköpfe waren kaputt. Die Shampoo-Aufhängung unter einer Dusche war teils lose und hingen durch. Das Wasser im Bad wurde erst nach unglaublichen 2 Minuten warm. Ich musste also unter der Dusche 2 Minuten warten, um mich duschen zu können. Wo gibt es sowas? Gerade in der heutigen Zeit, in der wir uns immer Gedanken über unsere Umwlt machen, ist das eine unglaubliche Wasserverschwndung. Die Griffe in der Küche fielen ab. Die Kühlschrankdichtung war lose, so dass sich innen Feuchtigkeit bildete. Das Spannbettlacken im zweiten Schlafzimmer war viel zu klein (das sah daneben aus). Die Lampe in der Sauna war kaputt. Und ganz schlimm, das Raumklima im Appartment war sehr feucht. Man fühlte sich total unwohl. Nichts an Handtüchern trocknete. Wir waren froh, aus der Bude rauszukommen. In den ersten 3 Tagen unseres Urlaubs musste ich permanent hinthertelefonieren und Druck machen, damit die aufgelisteten Dinge instand gesetzt wurden. Und das ist ein absolutes NO GO für SIE als Vermittler von Urlaubsunterkünften. Belvilla verantwortet, dass ich als Gast und Kunde eine intakte, saubere (habe ich eine Grundreinigung bezahlt, wofür eigentlich?) Unterkünfte betrete. Was wir erlebt haben, war in allen Bereichen mangelhaft. Wenn ich mich daran erinnere, wie Belvilla sich bei allen Dingen im Vorfeld anstellte (inklusive Stornierung zwischendruch), bin ich von Belvilla mehr als enttäuscht. Zu Beginn der Urlaubsbuchung mich als Kunden drangsalieren, um mir dann im Urlaub eine miserable Unterkunft zu bieten. Das kann nur ein Fazit zur Folge haben. Von meiner Seite wird es auf keiner Ebene eine Weiterempfehlung geben. Andreas Bendowski

Skiurlaub

Der Skiurlaub war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist von der Aufteilung super, 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 getrennten Bädern. Leider ist der Esszimmertisch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und mit der Reinigung der Wohnung wird es nicht ernst genug genommen.
