The area is quiet but not close to grocery ir restaurants. Breakfast is OK not many choices. Dinner taste pretty good, especially the Fish and duck.

The hotel met an important locational need and is convenient for the Stadtpark (which is well worth visiting at any time of year but especially in the autumn) as well as a U-bahn station to get into the City Centre. The rooms are good, clean and tidy and the breakfasts are very good indeed, staff have always been friendly (I have stayed there a number of times now). Underground parking is worth paying for as there are little or no spaces on-street. The street itself is quiet.

Bathroom surfaces were not all cleaned. The soap dispenser had dust and hair on it. No sun blind/net curtains for privacy from views. Drapes were not block out, hard to sleep after a long haul flight with sun streaming through. No fridge or tea and coffee making facilities. However, I liked the property, staff were brilliant, excellent breakfast, nice bed.

Everything was great loved it

We loved this new and modern hotel very much. The rooms are great and also have a lot of cabinets and closets to store everything away. Good beds and bedding. We also loved their breakfast. They offer a great variety and prepare eggs on request - and offer a lot of sides. We didn't had other meals at the hotel. The Lobby and bar area is very comfy with the fireplace and seating areas.
