Identity Documents and Security Deposit We collect an identity document for each traveler before arrival. A security deposit may be requested. This is refunded within 7 days after verification of the accommodation. You can arrive independently from 4:00 PM onwards by retrieving the keys from a key safe. We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival, early in the afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are changed regularly, which is why we send them at the last minute.
